Like *Shizen-Nana already said, you should probably reduce the size of your next pixel work, because the animation will be easier to do and it'll look better when you can't see all the pixels all that clearly. I guess it's silly when we're talking about pixels, but smaller file size makes the finished picture looks smoother in a way. ;)
And I personally don't use tools such as blur when doing pixel stuff. It's kinda part of the fascination to pick out all the colors yourself. :)

Okay ^w^ Thank you for the suggestion :D :D
Oh I still confused, can you tell me how to make the pixel lineart more thin and smoother like your icon? 0w0

There's a neat trick to that, but I originally learned it from this tutorial: [link]
When you're making the lineart, make sure there are no same colored pixels next to each other in corners. It's pretty tough to explain, but check out the tutorial and you'll probably understand what I mean. :)

And for the smoother part, just use colors that are close to the lineart color and make the darkest shadows with it.

No problem. I'm still pretty new at doing pixel art too, but I really enjoy it so I've been looking into it quite a bit. :aww:

ah you should use adobe firework !! it's one of the best programs for pixel animation, and for your next pixel work, make sure to reduce the size ! if you browse for pixel works, you will notice that they are all small-sized files...But that's ok, for a first try it's great :D

And...omfghgsg it's Jack Frost !!! Kawaiii <3
